UKPC Flats Parking - Valid permit - POPLA Appeal

The reason for not parking in bays is my own parking as taken up by someone else so I had no other option.
Let me see if I have got this right, someone parked in your space, so you were forced to park in someone else's space. Where did they park.
It is people like your good self who encourage managing agents to employ parking scum.
Should don't have it right. I suggest you withdraw this comment and read opening post again as OP parked outside any bays, not pinched someone else's.0 -
My comment stands, it is people parking outside of their own bays, often on access roads, obstructing others, and in visitors spaces, which gives MAs an excuse to introduce PPCs.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I also own a parking space in my flats and I'd had 2 x tickets within weeks of moving in from UKPC. I've not paid either of these two and their debt recovery agency are onto me for £160 a ticket.
My girlfriend also had a ticket issued at 4am at night when she stayed over recently and had to park against the fence due to no free 'Visitor' spaces.
Do you think I can fight this or should I pay the £60. I begrudge paying this as my service charge each month is a fortune and covers UKPC patrol. Sadly they're harassing residents and trying to make money off us. I don't like the thought of people in my car park circa 4am.
Keen to hear if you think I have a similar case and grounds to fight on0 -

It just shows that PPCs can't manage parking properly if someone was parked in your space without permission thereby displacing you.Tell the management company that, if they insist on inflicting PPC mis-management on you all, they need to have operating procedures that can be invoked in similar circumstances and that, in the absence, they are being held responsible for any charges being laid at your door.
Spoke to management company. They have agreed to get the ticket cancelled.
Thanks a lot for your suggestion.0 -

Speak to the Management company as I did. They should be able to get it cancelled from the PPC.0 -
Thought you had read the advice already given? So what about debt recovery? Why are you planning to fight & respond or give up just because you are getting the tedious junk mail everyone has ignored here for a DECADE?!I also own a parking space in my flats and I'd had 2 x tickets within weeks of moving in from UKPC. No fight with debt collectors though, just with the Managing agent and maybe suing the PPC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
