#1. The people that run these "sell your house and rent back" companies are generally lying thieves and are best avoided
#2. This time next year house prices in general will be lower than they are now
#3. Cheap houses are a good thing not a bad thing0 -
Why are we so intent on trying to kill everything on this planet?
They don't seem to have bothered anyone. Let them be.0 -

We're not stupid and I think you can tell when someone has a lot of money. They did buy the hanging baskets all at once because as soon as they appeared at the local garden centre in the spring, they all appeared at the same time around their house. They have lots of vehicles, including a flash brand new car (the sort of car that costs a lot of money. I shan't say which brand!) which also has a personalised number plate.
I used to own a ferrari, but was i well off  not at all, i got given it and it cost me my entire salary to insure and run the damn thing. Made a nice deposit for the house though. I now drive a £500 bangor.
By your logic up to one year ago I was a millionaire, and now i am below the poverty line, a lazy good for nothing benefits seeker. If I get four merceades on hire purchase and park them on my drive would that make me a millionaire again, or just somebody thats stupid enough to waste his money on HP rather then investing it.
... They bought the hanging baskets all at once :rotfl: personalised number plates can be had from 250 quid, my m8 had one reading his name. Some of teh personalised plates look more expensive then they are. I love your keeping up with the jones attitude where you judge everyone by there possesions, itll ensure your never as rich as you should be! but now a days there are modern millionaires that made there money but dont flaunt it like, I bet you Bill Gates gets driven in a boring saloon car nobody would turn a head to while Rappers drive gold plated blinged out bentleys, guess whos richer

If it's empty, remove it.
As an aisde, wasps are our friends and for most of the summer are relentlessly hunting down flys and mosquitos to feed to the larvae. The feed off the youngs sweet waste/byproduct. It's only when all the hard wok is done in late summer, they're dismissed and head off to fend for themsleves and cause annoynance hunting for sweet stuff.0
