Can anyone tell me the way to find out my allowance balance with an O2 Contract phone?

I know with Nokia its 150 but cant work it out on an O2 one.

Someone suggested 4444 but I think this might only be for PAYG.

Thanks

One of the things I hated about O2, not being able to just dial a number and be told the number of mins remaining like you can on Orange. whenever I call CS they do tell me the remaining mins/texts/balance but their attitude always leaves me feeling like I've wasted their time.

The online thing doesn't work and hasn't worked for me since last September when i first tried it. I even tried it the day before I requested my PAC to no avail.

In January I asked about the online problems and was told by the head of the Web Development Team that they had received orders from higher up to stop putting effort into fixing the site. Great!

So just call 100 free from your phone and ask CS for now.

Thanks - have used the freephone number in the link and they have text it through to me.

Have also sent a text the number bobsie 1 gave and heard nowt yet so maybe it is only PAYG customers.

Thanks for the 100 number too Patwa
