yes it was wilkinsons, and the money has definatley been taken. spoken to bank who have warned me it could take up to 6 weeks to return (but doesn't usually ttake that long) andf i will definatley get told whats happening within 14 days.
Wilkinsons have promised to refund the money to customers by Friday of this week.
LTSB customer's refunds began hitting the accounts this evening.
You should find the refund is probably now with you.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!

I had the same problem, though Wilkinson's have now refunded my account. Apparently their computer glitch charged people twice on the 20th, four times on the 21st and eight times on the 22nd - got this information from my local store.0
