is it possible to reboot sky router via web?

most routers have a web interface where you can control them, adjust them and reboot them

do sky routers have this feature?

do you know the ip?

try 192.168.0.1 user - admin password - sky

If you mean from the web then that's generally a bad idea as most home routers are susceptible to hacks. The IP if you opened up their interface to the web would be your public IP.

If by "the web" you mean your own local network then http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php shows how to access the gui of many routers. Sky have issued quite a few different ones over the years but the page says...

Default sky login- username= admin, password= sky

http://192.168.0.1

Whether or not the particular router you have supports rebooting I don't know. Many do but some don't.

I visited 192.168.0.1 but it loads soooo slow! very strange, why?

also, where do I go to reboot it? it has so many menus!

As I said in post #3 Sky have supplied quite a few different routers so if you want somebody to help, and I can't as I've never had Sky BB, you'll need to say which one you have. It's possible it doesn't have the feature anyway.
