Small energy suppliers
I found the following comment against one energy supplier mentioned in a comparison generated by the energy saving club:
In the past, a few table-topping new entrants have severely struggled to cope with demand. That may or may not happen with this supplier.
Does anybody know what struggling to cope with demand means here? Do the light dim? Do they stop taking new customers? Do they cut off the supply when they run out of money? do they make you wait on the telephone because they do not have enough staff? Or what? 0

2 hour telephone waits, a 2 week wait for response to emails and mistakes frequently made on accounts due to rushing things.0

Supply wont be affected, supply is the same source who ever you go with.
The issue is with customer service and back office work.0
