I just used the template in the newbie thread and they agreed to cancel i thought they where just going to charge me and i will sort that trip advisor out thanks again this forum saved me £100 :beer:Well done on getting that cancelled - how did you get PE to drop the charge?
And in view of the Adelphi's lack of any customer concern or care, I'd be following the suggestion I made to you when you first posted - as below.
And I'd write to the Adelphi as soon as you have it posted, pointing out to them the comments you've made and suggest they need to look after their customers far better in future.0
