Reminds me of my childhood. My hair was quite often washed in Fairy liquid.
And then there was the time my father left some Redex (motor oil) in the bathroom in an old Fairy container...........:eek:Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0 -

I'm currently experimenting with Boots economy shampoo @ about 70p for 500ml, am using it for hand-wash, body-wash, and shampoo. Haven't died yet.
I've decanted it into a recycled see-thru pump pot. It's very pale mauve stuff, maybe with lavender smell, sometimes verging on strong urine.

If your hair is really short-i wouldn't worry too much what you use...but as a woman with long hair-it makes the difference with me big time. Some shampoo's make my hair go really flat/dull etc..othe have opposite effect and it goes all big and frizzy! so i have to be carefull what i buy.
Radox shampoo and shower gel in one is quite good though, we took some on hols with us not long ago.
