Next year, in preparation for the Advents, I am going to have the following ready to cut and paste...
1) My favourite Christmas Cracker Joke
2) My worst Christmas present
3) My best Christmas present
4) What I would like for Christmas
5) My favourite present as a child
6) Whether I like sprouts or not!
7) I will have photos ready of my decorated tree and my dog in her reindeer outfit ready to post too!
After the Advents I will have 'My new year's resolution is .......' ready for the next batch of comps!:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
Yes! Good idea Blue Bella! You always have the best prep lists.
I noticed that there seem to be a lot more people entering this year. Like Smarfer said....2,000 for a clutch bag?! I don't remember there being that many entries last year. #nochance0 -
Not bothering that much with the advents, last year I spent 7/8 hours a day and I won several Cinema tickets ,then in Janury I won nothing,Embera some compers spend all day entering comps and when I see someone posting OMG 4 wins today I feel a little jealous until I look at what they won and to be honest I wouldn't even enter some of those comps.
I spend less time now as I have a different job but I still manage about 5/6 hours a day and win 2/3 comps per month,so keep going and you will get the buzz when that WEM arrives.0 -
16,000 and counting on the Xbox UK giveaway
You've got to laugh.....no, not laugh. But you know. I'm trying to apply the same logic that semi works the rest of the year - if a good one comes, it comes. I dunno, I think it's a combination of the build up added to the 'But it's Christmas! I deserve it!'mentality that can do your head in a bit. At this moment in time I'd be happy with a couple of stocking fillers that arrive in time to go under the tree.
And I'd be all over the googly eyed stone thingComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

And I did BUT only because my best mate has just landscaped her garden really tastefully and I would love to demand that it HAS to go on show
