Great news. Yes, definitely - spread the news, friends, relatives and family.
And if you're feeling particularly 'snotty', fire off an email to McDs telling them you will never set foot in their burger joint ever again as a result of the hassle their agent has caused you. Your family and relatives will be following suit and as many of your friends as you can persuade to as well.
The more retailers realise the business damage PPCs are doing to them, the better. It's just not possible for both organisations to profit mutually from such anti-customer arrangements. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Just had our PCN cancelled at this site. If you go to google maps street view you will see that the entrance signs are placed so that there is a high likelyhood that you will miss them. The street view shows a car leaving McDonalds and the car blocks the view of the sign on the right. The sign on the left is hidden behind other signs and is in Welsh only. Signs in the car park are at low level and are easily hidden by parked cars. An easy win at this site.:beer:0

Good! Worth knowing about the signage at various sites as we may need to go in stronger about signage in POPLA appeals.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi well done with this
someone earlier mentioned the service station opposite this mcd's
I was there the other week at the service station and above the parking bays for the shop it states that cars will be clamped if parked here for anything other than use of the shop. THIS IS A SERVICE STATION!!!!
so please be aware of the ironic signs at this site
