Pre-selected Argos card, where are they getting address from?

Unrelated but I may have accidentally not for the new place as two days after I notified the electoral register about the change of address I received a letter from a sofa company welcoming me to my new address
can I contact the electoral register again to change that?
Given that you stated earlier that you wouldn't be on the register at the new address until December it seems unlikely that the company would have been able to get the address from that source two days after you notified the registrar. It's worth checking to make sure you have opted out, but I'd think it's far more likely that they got your address from somewhere else. I wonder if there's an option on the RM redirection form that you should have either ticked or unticked, and that your address has been sold by them.0
