I followed the link in Steve's post and is says 'congratulations you have signed up for this promotion'. Will have to wait until the 27th to see if I do actually have the free listings.

Just bumping in case this is of use to anyone- I've checked my promotional offers and I am showing the free 50,000 listingsI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I just got emails on two accounts. One's pointless as it gets free listings from being a shop, so not sure who they're rewarding. As ever the 50,000 is a bit of a joke, if you can list 50,000 listings you'll already be getting them for free.
Offer does not apply to auction listings..0 -
It was a help for me - I closed my shop recently and am just running down the last stock, so have thrown a few items on that I may otherwiser have just written offThey deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

Decided to use this offer to change all my listings to 30 days as that's supposed to boost sales.
Forgot that by doing that I have lost my placings on the first page doh !!!You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

I'm not convinced it makes any sense anymore.
I keep a rolling stock as I refuse to pay for more BIN s over and above my 200 free ones. So I have stock of about 50 items that relist every months, and the rest floats with various listings being relisted as and when I see sales elsewehere.
I cancelled some of my GTC listings a couple of weeks back that I'd had running for months and months. Relisted them yesterday as part of these 50,000 and have sold two already. They went from GTC with high placement and lots of page views and watchers to brand new listings , virtually invisible- but they sold.

Relists are supposed to keep their search 'footprint'. So GTC listings have a slight boost at the beginning and end of each cycle anyway. I doubt anyone anywhere really knows how things work, you can go round the bend trying to work it out.
I've given up- I do what works for me now and just hoping that a new site comes online soon so I am not totally reliant on ebay.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Are you saying that GTC are only charged for once and dont count as part of your 200 free ? I thought GTC were charged for every time they rolled overYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
