I've tried MSE Andrea . The Contact us form . Site Feedback . The advise of a fault email and FB .

Other than resort to bush telegraph or Bongo drums does anyone have any ideas cos I'm right out of them

They all use twitter more than they come on here so that might be your best bet, other than that, see if you can get a board guide involved, they tend to answer PM's quicker from those guys than they do from the ordinary plebs.

I just realised that you won't get an answer this weekend, it is the Shabbat and they are all abstaining from all kinds of technology for 25 hours

I would like a response too. I cannot access my budget planner and I cannot get past the ridiculus system to get a new password. I can never get the capcha letters/numbers right.

I've contacted Andrea who kindly sent an email to MSE Towers- I haven't a clue how to use Twitter but then why should I open an account to send a message anyway .

Whats the point in having site feedback and contact us links if no one responds :wall:

I think I'll give up. BTW Torbex don't use the sites Flight checker tool..it's NOT working properly .

If it's an issue for you only or involves your personal info then please go through the Site FAQs, which answer a lot of questions and may solve the issue for you. If you ever need them they're linked to from the bottom of the site.

I appreciate what you are saying and as advised I have used every method available other than Twitter which was suggested by Torbex .

The reason for the thread is to highlight that I have used all of the methods available and until this morning had not received a reply .

In the end I had to send an e mail to the press office .
