Hi,
Anyone else having same problem as me?
Trying to order the basic TV pack with Movies for my MIL.
It then will not let me add HD to the package even though the website says you can add it if you take movies.
The button to turn HD on is greyed out and only comes alive if you add the Family Pack at £33 per month 0 which my 86 year old MIL doesn't want / need.
Can we really not order the "Original" TV plus movies with HD?

It's not a a code problem it's a Sky problem. You can only get the HD sports and movie channels now when you already have the Family pack.0

well thats a complete rip off.
used to be £10 to add HD for all channels.
They have effectively doubled the price of this to just under £20 by forcing you to take channels you don't want.
Who wants to watch movies in SD?0 -
The basic pack is £22.50 and family, which includes HD is £33, so only £11.50 more. This gains many more channels so is surely better value than paying £10 for just adding HD.0
