    He's just pulled off, were there any vehicles parked in the bay's blocking either drivers view?



    If I'd just pulled off in a car park I'd like no-one to have a view.


    Walking pace instead of 5mph maybe?
    Hopefully video shows it as you describe, as that makes it fairly clear who's to blame :)

  • What's the postcode for the workplace, maybe a Google maps satellite view would assist.

    Bear in mind that the other party could see this post in the event things don't play out in your favour totally. On the premise of it, if he was established in the throughfare of the car park and she has T-boned him when driving across car park spaces, she's at fault.
