You can also walk to Budleigh Salterton along the coastal path - we did this one day and it's a nice walk. We did get the bus back though as the kids were flagging!
so they are good bus routes past the park. we have no car
The problem with the bus from Budleigh Salterton (may be different at the height of the holiday season though) was that it didn't take us back to the park - we got off near Tesco and cut through a housing estate. It was still actually a fair walk back to the park especially as we popped into Tesco first :eek:0 -
Also Crealy is very nearby and is a fantastic day out if you have young kidsAlways on the hunt for a bargain0
