Replace a sky router

My parents had a powercut yesterday that has caused their Sky router to no longer work. They have spoke to Sky who want £80 for a replacement so have contacted their 24/7 tech support (me) to find them a cheaper replacement. Since the O2/Be takeover when they allowed us to use our old O2 routers they changed their terms and conditions. It is now allowed to use third party routers, password information for converted O2/Be lines is widely available which may or may not work on other Sky lines. Sky won't offer you technical support but it is no longer against the contract terms.
