Not sure, but perhaps also intenet access available in a job centre.

Well you don't really have many other options. 7 days is a very good turn around time. 3-4 weeks could be seen as reasonable.
As wealdroam said, speak to the seller again as they're legally responsible to sort things out for you.
Either way though, you can't reasonably just expect a brand new laptop. You're going to have to be without it.
Whats with people claiming 'business use' on everything these days? It does not get you anywhere at all. You're just invalidating your consumer rights.0 -
