It's all conspiring against me

My label was printed from paypal showing the country as being 'Spain'. My till receipt from the post office shows right near the top after the PO info 'SPAIN (EU)'

The destination address further down the receipt shows the rest of the address, excluding the country. I don't seem to have any 2 digit code.

Maybe it is different for business accounts, but my item went in over the counter

I feel your pain. I currently have an overdue parcel to the mid USA. Tracking was showing in Chicago, then for some bizarre reason it went to Hong Kong and is now in "Office Unknown" being prepared for delivery and has been that way for 3 days. Buyer is in full panic mode as he needs it by the 31st.

Although I don't understand the new 'request' system..and eBay 'help' doesn't seem to explain it at all. I have had a message headed 'request- where is my item' but that doesn't show as a case in my resolution centre. In the old days I would think 'hurrah' no defect, but nowadays with all the glitches (I have to get that word in as often as I can for my 'follower' ) I suspect there is something I've overlooked and by not responding properly I am going to get a defect eventually.

Ebay really is becoming totally soul destroying

Any ideas for me please? I've got something similar to this, only I'd posted a parcel back to the seller to return for a refund. Didn't send tracked (I know, but it would've cost too much and I've never had anything go missing before *knock wood*). I messaged the seller to ask when they'd be doing the refund because it'd been a couple of weeks since I sent the parcel back, and they said they hadn't received it. What should I do next?

All you can do is use your prof of posting to claim from Royal Mail.
