I know i do not have a quote to beat for some realistic advice would be nice.

Me and OH are looking for an all inclusive holiday, leaving September 9th for 7 days. Leaving from Gatwick or Heathrow going to any where in europe that will be warm! Maybe Spain / mallorca or Majorca? We have about £800 for both of us to spend? we are looking for 3* above- is this possible?

if the date has to be 9th then you will probably fly from Gatwick. In order of cheapest you could get a deal to go Corfu, Marmaris, Majorca. If you increased your budget to £900, and are lucky, you could get Gumbit, Menorca, Marmaris (better quality).
