I have been astounded at the price of some quotes we have got - ~£1500 plus from BA in July, so we started looking earlier, and by checking the comparison sites suggested have a quote for 2 people:

• The Quote itself: £274 per person, taxes included

My husband is Canadian and his father and grandmother have not yet met our 1 year old son, so we are trying to get to Canada as cheaply as possible, while not transferring if possible as we have Jack with us.

I used to fly quite cheaply but most of the quotes are coming up way over £1000 for the two of us and the baby. Finally found a cheaper quote but want to check that this is real - seem way out of whack for all the other ones, and whether we can travel in june/july for comparable sums and whether there is anything cheaper!!

Can Anyone beat the Quotes I have just got for the following Hotel and Flight.

This was coming up as £515 per room on www.alpharooms.com but doesnt seem to be available on there at the moment. Has it sold out?

Also the cheapest flights I could find were Monarch ZB 648/649 from Manchester at £634.36 (total for 2 people). I don't mind flying from East Midlands, Manchester or Birmingham.

So far have quote for above spec. for £1455 from XL, and £1222 from expedia (but this is not HB and does not include the infant cost.
