Thanks for reply I will look at direct holidays.
As for seat pitch I think I have got them mixed up with monarchs 28-29 inch,although after checking TC are 30 so only slightly less than BA and VS.

TC short haul is about 30 inch; long haul about 33 inch.

I have flown BA, Virgin and TC to Caribbean in last five years and TC have best legroom. Sometimes they add on extra flights to which only have 30 inch long haul. Some of these have a free bar to compensate. As I don't drink I always choose the 33 inch seats.
(the TC premium seats at front are 34 inch)


I am going to Dom Rep this month with TC so I can check that it is still 33 inch

I have flown Virgin Premium Economy to Caribbean. Their seat pitch was 38 inch. Comfortable but expensive

Hi, I hope I am posting this in the right place - its just a flight, not a holiday.

I need to fly my wife and 2 kids (aged 4 and 6) over from Mexico City, any date after 25 October. I don't need a return flight - they are coming here to live.

To any UK airport is fine, preferably London, the cheapest way I can see to do it is with BA, booking a round trip flight for around £2,100 for the three of them, and then just not using the return flight.

If any of you geniuses can work out a cheaper way of doing this, I would be much obliged!
