Hello
New poster, hope I am in the right place.
I am looking to book THIS WEEK 10 flights Manchester to Sydney
9 Adults and 1 child
6/04/08 - 20/04/08 (dates flexible to a day or 2)
Best quote so far £721pp inc taxes from Airline Network
25% discount for the child.
I have been told by a number of providers I cannot have group discounts for 9 adults and 1 child, only for 10 adults and I cannot book an adult seat for the child to get the discount!!
Can anyone beat £7030 (not worried about route but dont want excessive waits for connections)
Many, many thanksDon't worry if some of the crayons in the box are missing ..... improvise, maybe the world needs more purple horses ! _party_

Best to post on main board as well because me,sloppy and other bargain hunters cant post in here with deals can only PM but when most people dont even PM you back to say if its the cheapest or not or to update the post to say its booked it makes you not want to bother
Must say I agree with this. As a ski specialist travel agent I was keen to join in and help when I heard about this thread. However after working on a few of the ski enquiries on here I have never had a single reply or acknowledgement to my PM's. Sadly I've now come to the conclusion there are better things for me to spend my time on...0 -

Sloppy, Sava, & any other agents-agree!
I've replied to a fair few queries, only a hand-full bothered to even acknowledge I replied.
The quotes I did give were taken to other agents who undercut & quoted NON-ATOL packages (although they did not tell the mse posters this!) for on average £5 a head!
No agent will bother with MSE. What price a few quid for ATOL protection. It shows that 95% of MSE psters just want to save money-sod the protection-& are quite happy to 'use you' on the phone for up to an hour to get all your knowledge, recommendations etc & then take your quote-get a fiver off (again I stress non-protected 'fivers off'!) & book elsewhere.
Sorry-95% of MSE posters who want quotes won't book & are total time-wasters. No decent ATOL agents will waste their valuable time on here.0 -
completly agree....I posted mine and no replies
Might just start up SloppySavers thread for real posts...LOLIf you look anything like your passport photo....Your too ill to travel0
