This hotel is very exclusive even if I was to slightly bring the cost down its not gonna take hundreds of pounds from the quote

You have chosen a very high end hotel which keeps it room rates very high not matter what

First choice want around 1500pp on a package

I'm not a travel agent but I'm in the process of booking a holiday to Turkey myself. I've just spent a quick 10/15 minutes checking a couple of options for you:
both FleetwayTravel.com and Travel Republic will do this holiday for you with Monarch flights (departure 15:00 on 8th June and departure 22:15 on 18th June) in a standard sea view room for £2244

Otherwise you can go on the Monarch website and book your flights direct for £696.03 and then book the standard sea view room at Royal Wings through teletextholidays.co.uk for £1523.40: Total cost £2219.43.

No transfers included in those prices (see below).

Royal Wings is expensive this year I have noticed (I was going to book there last year but we went to the Rixos Premium instead). Just a thought but have you considered Royal Dragon hotel in Side. It's the sister hotel to Royal Wings and it's newer - it has very similar facilities (waterpark with 10 slides I think and funfair etc). TeletextHolidays offer a land view room at a promotional rate of £1360.40 so with your flights it would cost £2056.43 for 10 nights. Royal Dragon also gets excellent reviews on Tripadvisor http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g297968-d1079841-Reviews-Royal_Dragon_Hotel-Side_Turkish_Mediterranean_Coast.html

If you hunt around I expect you could probably shave a bit more off the figures I have listed and I expect Del and the other Travel Agents will easily be able to offer you better prices than the First Choice package too. Anyway hopefully that's of interest. Generally First Choice, Thomas Cook, Thomson package holidays are more (sometime a lot more) than if you book flights and hotel separately.

Travel Agents like Travel Republic, A1Travel, Fleetway, Teletext (This Is Travel) etc can also book transfers for you or you can check out resorthoppa (£63.90 for a return private transfer from Antalya to Lara Beach) or a2btransfers or other similar companies and book your transfers separately as well. If you access ResortHoppa and a2btransfers through TopCashBack you can get 10% and 5% cash back respectively.
