  • No im not an agent. This thread is also for members like myself to pm quotes not just Travel Agents (you need to read the rules again).

  • As I say i wasn't meaning to be rude, but there is being helpful and there is acting like a travel agent! To spend so much time on a customers quote - calling the operators to double check on flights and costs before they start to try and match a quote numerous times a day...?
I wasn't questioning how helpful they are, I was more wondering if they were a travel agent?
    I am a Travel Agent

My company’s ATOL/ABTA numbers are L318X. MSE doesn't check my status as a Travel Agent, so you need to take my word for it. ATOL numbers can be checked with the Civil Aviation Authority. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Travel Agent Code of Conduct.

    • Travel Agents’ signatures. If travel agents want to add a signature about being a broker to their post it should be:
I had this problem myself last week and checked if they want to not have to.

sloppy as long as you give them my details then carry on lol

This is taken from the Travel Agents Code of Conduct:

This should be the only text in your signature. There should be no other notes or other hyperlinked text. Travel agents that do not choose to use this signature should not be PMing deals or indicating they are a travel agent in any other way in their posts.
