We would stay 7 nights straight in a hotel (or apartment) before or after the cruise if thats easier.
Manchester Airport is OK but we'd prefer Edinburgh or Glasgow.

I will also appreciate and opinions if this is good time to go? and if this is a good deal as this will be our first time there!

Yes, it's a good deal, a very good deal (did you get them to throw in transfers as well?). I know Tubkaak very well (been twice!), wouldn't look at other hotels tbh as the Tubkaak is outstanding, and perfect time to go (ie prices skyrocket from 01 Nov).
Would spend a bit more money in Bangkok and get somewhere with a bit more soul, and better location than the Watergate!
