Not quite the usual question but wondered if you can make TUI bookings for longer periods than the general public ?
Club Hotel Dolphin, Sri Lanka.
We usually do 21 or 22 nights but looks like the limit on I can do on TUI is 15.
Can you override this?
I know that sometimes you have SPECIAL POWERS !

Hi Quoia - I hope you are ok

Ive checked this on the TUI Trade site and we get the same 15 day limit sorry
The companies I'd suggest trying are Mercury who can def do longer - and then the usuals Travelbag, Kuoni, Kenwood etc
With somewhere like Sri Lanka i'd personally go with an ATOL bonded Tour Op rather than book flights and hotel separately 
If you get a price let me know the details - it's not somewhere I can often beat the price on but I'll have a go

And just for everyone else - I am currently beating the direct web prices of TUI, Jet2holidays, and Easyjet holidays including any MyTui App/Sale discounts and many other Tour Ops as well inc River Cruise and Tours (on ocean cruises except Marella)

I feel your pain.  We picked a Sri Lanka Tour and then an add-on beach stay at a featured RUI hotel for December 2023.  Knew exactly what we wanted. Both featured in the brochure. TUI's online system to book this was terrible, with it limiting flight options and only wanting to allow me to book ex STN.  Went into a local TUI store and they also couldn't book it (system said 'no').  Went to another TUI store and similar issues. It seems unless someone in the TUI Product or Loading team 'enables' a stay or combination outside the norm then the front line staff have no idea how to circumnavigate.  The second TUI story did call people in head office but promises of resolving went on for days. Strange thing is the holiday was featured in the brochure and online (tour+3 night add-on with LGW flights on EK) but it seems no one knew how to finalise the loading on their system.

Gave up, called Travelbag and they had everything booked and confirmed within an hour.  Highly recommend them.

Hi - Ive assumed the TUI flights and 2 kids 1 infant - and I get same direct price - bu that's based on standard room not side sea view
I'll be just over £100 cheaper than direct - once we have sorted child ages and room I can be more exact
