There is only one agent who posts here, they offer discounts off some package deals, but they do not offer prices for scheduled flights. Look online or check out your local High Street travel agents, the market to Darwin is smaller than Brisbane so I would expect fares to be higher and you appear to be travelling at the start of the English school holidays so expect a shock! Indeed 30 seconds to check, and the cheapest fares are over £2000. Time to get looking.

Just to confirm what eskbanker and Alan_Bowen have said this is a Pricebeating thread but to save you time I (and there arent many other agents on here) don't Pricebeat flight only 

The only advice I can give is call one of the Specialist agents like Flightcentre or Trailfinders and push to see if there is a cheaper IT fare (you will need to book a land element eg Car Hire if only for a few days to get this fare)

...and if you read and follow Post #1 on page 1 it suggests the lay out to be used and a prompt to provide all the information that would be required for a travel agent to look at your quote.

Just an update on the above - it turns out after some Private Messages that Vems had booked with me before a few times
Anyway sussed out it was TUI from Gatwick and I booked it for £100 less than the direct price with TUI
So alls well that ends well

But as Westin says if people can provide the info below it really really helps 

The Quote itself: Direct price eg £2000
Who the quote is from: Tour Op (eg TUI, Jet2hols, Easyjet hols etc or a Travel Agents, Online)
Is there a booking fee: no
The Tour Operator/Airline/: eg TUI/TUI Airways
The departure Airport/Post: eg Manchester
The Holiday Dates: eg out 31/07/23 08.00 back 7/8/23 14.15 
The number of people travelling (inc kids ages): 4 (2 adults 2 children (4 & 9)
The Hotel (or * if it’s allocate on arrival): eg Oasis Village, Fuerteventura, Corralejo
The Board (self catering/half board etc): eg all inclusive
Any specific requirements: eg Price includes Private Transfers 
Is an in-flight meal included: yes or no (not crucial if you don't know)

As its one of their own hotels and a Late Deal I cant save you anything
