I'd really appreciate a helpful paw of assistance in getting the best price for our week away.

We have found a holiday with the below specification:

Flying First Choice from Bristol to Heraklion:

3rd June 0735hrs
returning:
10th June 1430hrs

2 adults, staying for 7 nights
1 x Studio in Alykes Apartments in Elounda.
Inc. transfers

Price quoted is £646.18 for the two of us.

We are also considering staying at the Olive Grove Apartments or the Akti Olous Hotel, on a B&B or S/C basis. If you know of any great deals on other nice places to stay in Elounda, departing 3rd June from Bristol, I'd be interested in hearing about them.

Why:

I am fed up. Boyfriend being mean, been made redundant and unmotivated but need to get job so holiday good investment...well have target to apply for 4 jobs before I go. Hopefully it will be in celebration of getting a job.

Where:

Want to get some sun so can go ANYWHERE warm/hot. Whatever is a bargain leaving from London area (would go further if was 5star AI on topical island for £250 but who wouldn't??).

When:

Dates can leave 14, 15,16,17th April latest return 24th April. Ideally not Crete or Turkey but only as I have been there before.

Quotes:

So far I have £259 AI in Marmaris 3/4* 17th from Gatwick
Lanzarote £251 SC Gatwick. OR
£195 3* SC in Marmaris on the 17th.

I don't want anywhere too tacky-tastic but have a friend with nice house in Turkey I would go and stay in!

Further afield:

Egypt: Sharm £249- lastminute.com 3* B&B

I did see a Dominican Republic 7 nights AI deal for about £350 but can't find the details so if you have them/some let me know.

Would also consider Tunsia/ Morocco if good price.

I have my fingers crossed and hope to be pleasantly surprised. Sorry if this is too scattergun for you to quote but in case you come across that is great PLEASE let me know.
