Hi all

My partner and I are looking to go on a summer holiday around 11th July for two weeks, prefereble AI. We want somewhere nice, 4 or 5 star. Pretty flexible where we go to - as long as the weather is nice and near a beach / pool etc. Good food. Does anyone have any tips? Most are coming up about £1000 each - Thanks :-)

Staying at PerAquum Niyama in the Maldives
Banyan Tree in Dubai

Current quote is just under £12000

Just wondering if anyone can beat that by a bit (preferably a BIG bit!)

We are looking at going to the Riu Playacar from June 20 2017 for a fortnight. Early days but the best I can find is £5532 with Thomson. That's 4 adults in 2 rooms flying from Glasgow. Would consider other Riu hotels. Can anyone beat this?

14 nts all inc in a decent hotel around that date will be about £1000
If you want cheap try Turkey and to a lesser extent Greece
If you get a good price post it here and we will try and beat it

We are looking for an All Inclusive in August for 2 Adults and a 2 year old. Ideally leaving around 3rd August, but can be flexible by a few days either way, and lasting about 7 - 10 nights. We can fly from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle, TeesDurham, Leeds or at a push Manchester. Would like 4 star or above but could go to 3 star depending on the hotel. So far we have found 7 nights in Tenerife for £329 pp but would expect that the cost would be less for the toddler.


Can anyone offer anything better?
