    Got most recent set of keys shortly after the police and agent persuaded vendor's offspring to unhandcuff herself from the stairs. Seriously! So, about 4.30.

    Mind you, it is a lovely house, so I suppose I understand.

    my completion day was moved forward to today. last night at 5:30 the selling solicitor(they did not know were the keys were lol) and my solicitor made no arrangement for keys. this morning was told keys were 40 miles away lol


    First time this has ever happened to me lol moral of the story ask early about the keys rofl

    Got a call to collect my keys about 4.30pm in mid December. Don't understand how it takes so long when only 3 properties in the chain.
