Undeleting photo on mobile phone

Accidentally deleted photo on mobile phone, can I recover it ? Phone is Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160. When I connect mobile to my Pc via USB, the mobile is shown in Windows Explorer as GT-8160 device and shows Card, Phone storage areas. But my Undelete programs don't see the mobile phone storage areas to search for…

I am trying to use 2 card readers I bought good few years ago, so maybe they aren't compatible with either the micro SDHC card or micro SDHC SD card adapter.
