Accidentally deleted photo on mobile phone, can I recover it ?
Phone is Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 GT-I8160.
When I connect mobile to my Pc via USB, the mobile is shown in Windows Explorer as GT-8160 device and shows Card, Phone storage areas.
But my Undelete programs don't see the mobile phone storage areas to search for deleted files, I assume because phone is not seen as Local Disk.

The reason it isn't seen is because it uses MTP to transfer the files, enable USB storage mode and the PC sees it as a proper local disk.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0 -

My photos are on a micro SDHC card.
Can I put that in an SD card adapter it came with when I bought it and read the card on a standard USB card reader ?0 -
I used this http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Download (the photorec part) for a friend , recovered all the files from his trip to the far east when his phone borked his camera card.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Any ideas, anyone done this before ?0 -
Have you searched the files coming up on PC from card thoroughly?
Alternatively you need to find out your default storage for photos.
If it's the phone then they won't be on the card, if it is the card they should show on a PC.0
