DRO put in place 2008, have letter come today from Buchanan Clark and Wells

If you want them to go away you could let them know that the debt was included in the DRO - however you could, if you were so minded, let them go on writing to you, wasting their own time, safe in the knowledge that there is nothing they can do. As an aside if it were me I would check my credit file for any derogatory information or 'debt collection' type searches.
