Text Message Charge

My hospital asked me to send a single digit reply to a text message rating my recent experience. They clearly said I would not be charged for sending the reply text message. However I was charged. I have contacted the patient advice / liaison service for an explanation. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?

You were the one who mentioned 19p.

I know, that's why I said "If he was charged 19p" (another poster mentioned 10p)

In another thread, the OP refers to a Lebara sim, and 19p appears to be the going rate for their texts.I only had a look, 'cos we've had no details of the actual charge . . .:cool:
