amazon closed account (too many returns/refunds request)

Reading the OP's past posts it appears they have a habit of asking for refunds or trying to return items just because they don't like them, I am not surprised Amazon have closed their account if they have been returning items for no valid reasons.

I've seen the systems that are likely similar to Amazon and I'm fairly confident that the linked accounts have some affiliation to you.

Also, not being funny but why would you and your wife have your own account but have the same card on it? Seems a bit implausible on the surface and your wife should simply have used your account. If it was due to presents etc then I would imagine that your wife may not want the amounts known when you check your bank statement.

If similar activity has happened on two seperate accounts which share a card and delivery address then something fishy is going down. Whilst you may not be acting untoward (I've seen people like you who WERE scamming the company), you probably cost a lot of money and time to amazon
