Phones 4u/Orange Contract please help

Hello guys

Can anyone please help me this is causing me a great deal of stress and i cant help but worry.

I basically took a mobile phone contract out with Phones4u a couple of days before they went into administration ,

my deal was

Moto G 8gb
Ps4 and £80 cashback

at £39.99 a month with orange.

I found out i was not getting my cashback (i have put in a claim form to try get it back) overall it is a bit pricey.

i have had numerous issues

Issue 1 : i wont get my £80.00 cashback

Issue 2: i never received my orange Sim card once everything came and i had to wait 3 days for a new sim ( i got in touch with orange for a replacement.

Issue 3: orange sent me a new sim , it was a large sim rather than a micro sim. (replacement micro sim sent)

Issue 4: waited another 1 day( next day delivery ) They sent a NANO SIM!! for an iphone. ( replacement sent again) Fingers Crossed!

2 days later the correct micro sim card came.

Bare in mind i havent used my contract and i still have not 30 days later.

I got fed up with the problems which didnt help my stress i phoned orange to try cancel my contract and return everything it was day 15 but i did not use contract due to being unable to by not having a sim card.

Orange advised i had to cancel through phones4u and i contacted phonees4u customer service number which remains open they advised i was outside 14 days i cant cancel and cant return anything that everything i do has to be done through orange. so i am basically going around in a circle.

i still have not used the contract and i am happen to return everything, it is stressing my out and i just want it cancelled but cant afford to pay 24 months of money.

Can anyone tell me if there is anything i can do,

Be realistic. The only you can expect is a refund from Orange for the time you were without the sim.
