send them a PCN for the 5 illegally parked letters on your welcome mat

£50 each if they pay within 14 days

they agreed to your terms and conditions and a contract was formed when they were delivered through your letterbox ;) and you had adequate signage in your hallway

tell them you can provide pictures of the said letters illegally parked

The BPA because it's a POPLA matter from when VCS were members.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You should complain both to POPLA and to the BPA that they did not send the packs before the judgement.

Even though you won, you would still like to raise this as an official complaint because this is a breach of version 5 of the code of practice, which Simon Renshaw Smith (boss of VCS) was present and voted on back in July.

Also complain you have not yet received the last POPLA evidence pack.

    Hmmm, 5*£27 = £135, + VAT = £162.
