I have to post this :- I have 5 pcn's from VCS that i appealed to POPLA ..long story on my other threads. They sent the pack for my 1st appeal but it was full of someone elses details - thats another thread also.I recieved the POPLA decision last week saying bascially no case to answer.
Low and behold they have sent me anothe POPLA pack today with the same case number as the one thrown out but they managed to actually put details in relevant to me this time.
What are these jokers doing?? surely this is harrassment? lol

I would appeal it with a single point appeal that contained the adjudication. Should cost them another £27 !0

It would be funny if that appeal point was rejected.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

thats quite funny....will the popla website allow me to appeal again? haha0

VCS have shown in the past that their admin section is a shambles. They have even sent out case paperwork to the wrong motorist. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Then report them to the Information Commissioner's office. Even before you case, I am sure VCS made the same error regarding Liverpool Airport. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Ive reported them to Xercise4less as i think she is a gym member , DVLA - that is ongoing but not sure how affective a ban would be as im sure they share data with Excel the parent company. Also the ICO who basically told me they will get a strongly worded letter..sigh0 -
That's a fun start to your week wwuk - and ours, now that you've shared:-)
c-m will prob. come up with a Baldrick plan to cost them more money, in addition to 27 popla £s.
