OP's problem is not language but English law. She/he needs to know that the EA description is not binding in law, it's just advertising hype.0

Well, I already mentioned the exact location of the house in this thread (in B29).
I am no longer interested in this forum because of the expected harassment as you can read above. I have been working hard and hard ..paying 40% of my income as tax plus council tax, while toooooo many were enjoying big council houses for free.
This is my last post.
