I know it is how it affects your daily life but I find this a bit of a joke asos assessment was rushed 20 mins I think they had already made up there minds beforehand. And Mr lady was ok and said she would be as quick has she could because she understood how distressed I was on the phone and I was still refused so I not sure how you qualify. Never had a problem with esa always been placed straight into a support group.0

PIP is very difficult to get. People that have been claiming DLA for years have been refused. Take a look at this, it will tell you all you need to know about PIP. http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/wales/benefits_w/benefits_sick_or_disabled_people_and_carers_ew/benefits_personal_independence_payment_e/benefits_the_pip_assessment_e/pip_activities_descriptors_and_points.htmI know it is how it affects your daily life but I find this a bit of a joke asos assessment was rushed 20 mins I think they had already made up there minds beforehand. This does not prevent you from continuing your appeal against the prior decision.0 -

Hi, there's so many people that make the same mistake when applying for PIP, they forget it's NOT about the condition it's about how the condition affects you with daily life. Also i hope that the person you spoke to was honest with you, because when applying for PIP you must have had difficulties for 3 months and expect them to last for at least 9 months. Good luck.0
