I know it is how it affects your daily life but I find this a bit of a joke asos assessment was rushed 20 mins I think they had already made up there minds beforehand. And Mr lady was ok and said she would be as quick has she could because she understood how distressed I was on the phone and I was still refused so I not sure how you qualify. Never had a problem with esa always been placed straight into a support group.

PIP is very difficult to get. People that have been claiming DLA for years have been refused. Take a look at this, it will tell you all you need to know about PIP. http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/wales/benefits_w/benefits_sick_or_disabled_people_and_carers_ew/benefits_personal_independence_payment_e/benefits_the_pip_assessment_e/pip_activities_descriptors_and_points.htm

This does not prevent you from continuing your appeal against the prior decision.

Hi, there's so many people that make the same mistake when applying for PIP, they forget it's NOT about the condition it's about how the condition affects you with daily life. Also i hope that the person you spoke to was honest with you, because when applying for PIP you must have had difficulties for 3 months and expect them to last for at least 9 months. Good luck.
