I've looked through the internet history whilst it's offline - (there's no way its going back online) and I have a load of information. Should I give it to the Police?
Net access won't say what they did via a command line, you need system logs for that sort of thing.
Buy a decent router, install a VPN, and configure it so only your devices can connect.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it

I doubt for one minute the police will even look at them, mainly because they need to find a crime for them to relate to before they will be of any use and they are far too busy with other things to worry about something that is unlikely to be happening anywhere near their station.

Secure your system correctly and then you won't have to worry about it again.
