    It may be worth PM'ing him directly if you'd like a link to more info on the reasoning behind why he has said what he has, from an independent source, alternatively, he may post a link here now his name is mentioned.

    What exactly are you asking and what is the point of having definitions for actions that have not occured?

    They have decided not to (automatically) renew the policy. And one assume that if a new quote was requested/application made, then they would decline.
