Received my order yesterday morning. Am really disappointed in my items. I know I ordered a travel size pack, but my God you'd be lucky to get 2 days worth out of them!!

Just looked into returning for a refund, only to find that you can't get a refund. You get an exchange or voucher :mad:

Disgusted isn't even the word. And to to add to the disappointment I had ordered free gift boxes too and didn't receive them. Not happy at all and will be sending very very strongly worded complaint to Molton Brown. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all.

I can only speak for the shower gel, but you need very little to make a great cleansing foam......so that always lasts a lot longer than it looks like they will.

What travel pack did you order? All of the ones I can see online look pretty good value especially with the £10 off?

It was one at £25 then came to £15 with the code.

IMO it's pathetic looking, and I'd be embarrassed sending my kids into school with a wee tiny thing like this. The "travel size" bottles are tiny, I've bought L'Occitane travel sets and they are bigger than these ones!

The fact that they have Molton Brown on them is the only thing that makes it look expensive.

Seeing as I can't get a refund I'll just have to see about putting them on Ebay or something, as I'm disgusted with the size of it and would be embarrassed to send them into school!

I know what you mean, it can be a shock when you first take them out of the packet.

When you say send them into school, I am assuming for a teacher gift? If so, please don't be embarrassed, I would be very grateful to have received such a lovely present.

Did they not quote the size on the website before you ordered?

Yes I was planning on giving them to each of my children's teachers for Christmas. I know it said mini travel pack but heavens above I didn't expect minute!!
I'm a classroom assistant myself so know it would be well received, but I couldn't send them in with just this wee set:eek: I see what the teacher I work with gets from our pupils, and these just look pathetic!

Yes they are apparently 50mls in size. I question that as I have 50ml bottles here and they are bigger than the ones I received.

I'll Just stick to the faithful L'Occitane, as I know what I'm getting when I order their stuff. And I know that I'll get a full refund if I need it, instead of Molton Brown's pathetic vouchers or exchanges! You'd think a shop of this "standard" in this day and age would refund unhappy customers!

Do the bottles say 50ml? If they do, I can't imagine a company the size of Molton Brown would put short measures in. If the bottles say <50ml, then you have every reason to be unhappy.

Surely Molton Brown have to accept a return under DSR (or whatever it's called nowadays). Have you checked the returns info on the website?

I have checked the website and contacted them personally. Won't refund me, only an exchange or gift voucher to the value I paid will be given. So I have lodged a complaint regarding that policy.
Will have a look at the bottles again, but no matter what it says, I know it's not 50mls as I've others the same size from different brands and they are far bigger!
