I did 4 orders with different email addresses, and have had three confirmation emails - the only one I don't have is the one I placed today.

Does anyone know if you order, say, two products i.e hand creams, and tick the 'free gift box' box - do you get individual gift boxes for each item?

My quidco has tracked all my orders even though email missing. I think they only supply one gift box even if you order more than one item.

My order lists the box as: "Giftbox - Whole Order Gift Box", so I think you just get the one.

Hi. At Christmastime last year I ordered 2 body washes.

The gift box was one that held both washes. But they were for 2 different people. I emailed MB and they sent me 2 gift bags (one like a bottle of wine would fit) through the Royal Mail.

So if the gift box is not suitable, they seem very happy to send alternatives.

The number of times I went on that website recently and added things to my basket but didn't check out! I was so tempted by the diffuser for £10 if you bought two handwashes (which I don't need as I got the TSV a while back from QVC and still got lots left).

So, I have saved myself some money.

Yes, I forgot to select gift wrapping so I emailed MB and they said they've put a gift box in the post for me as they'd already sent out my order. Very good service!
