I've done a few orders, all with different emails, I got confirmation emails for 2 of them but not the others, I wonder if they are going to go through ok? No way of knowing really as all orders are still showing as in progress. Has anyone else had this?

I done a few orders with same email address and got emails for three and missing one. I didn't log into my account, just put my email in to checkout without registering even though it's the same as my account email.

I've placed 4 orders and i have only had email confirmation for one of them. I used a gmail address and that's the one I have had a confirmation for, the others were all AOL addresses and I haven't had anything for them.
Guess I'll have to just wait and see.

I ordered less than an hour ago and had all emails come through. I couldn't re-use the code with the same email address, though, it wouldn't process. Had to use three different emails for my orders.
