It was entirely their fault and you're right, the minions will get it and I possibly won't get any satisfaction. I did inform ofcom so maybe they will give them a slap for me....with a bit of luck.
Otherwise, you are right, I'll just vote with my feet when the time comes.
In the meantime, I can let people know how crap they are and they might lose a few potential customers.0
