I sent a parcel before Christmas, stated online it had been delivered. Shop owner says it never arrived. I put in a claim, sent the copy of the signature they suppluied me with and the bill of sale, now they want me to send proof of non delivery!!! How do you prove a negative??0

who is 'they'? If you mean the buyer, why are you dealing direct with them? A case needs to be raised if non-delivery is claimed, if tracking info is on the transaction and a signature is produced, the case will go in your favour.The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
