Anyone had any experience with P2G?
Purchased an item last Friday, seller sent via P2G, tracking the item, it's been "Out for delivery" since Tuesday

Yes I have had several issues just this week, 4 parcels lost, 1 delayed or instructions not carried out. Some parcels turned up two weeks after despatch so definitely something going on.0

Come on parcels2go whats happened to you, used to be a great service poor customer service lately, cant contact by telephone just live chat, now thats a joke. Very poor delivery too. Anyone else got any issues with them?0

lol its not P2G they are just admin, they have next to no control over delivery or pickups. P2G just request collection.
Who is the courier?
if its hermes then they are hit or miss depending on the region.0 -

Probbaly didnt get picked up until Monday.
also depends on what service they selected.. Was it 2-3 day or 3-5 day?
amazes me how many buyers think couriers work weekends..0 -
our hermes guy calls in every day. We get same day dispatch, however he is not supposed to come until day after the booking.
I put some through late last night they were supposed to be collected Saturday but they were collected today and will be on the trunk tonight.
if you drop of at a shop you can also shave a day of the transit time.0 -
ever heard of inpost? well thats city link and taken over two weeks to do a delivery, p2g admin yes I know but not great at sorting out issues0

Something very strange happened with Parcels2Go at the beginning of October. On the 1st. 2nd and 3rd. at least a dozen parcels went missing in Bolton alone. They couldn't explain where they were, or what had happened to them. If you tried contacting them (that's if they ever answered the phone) they would tell you nothing. In the case of tracked parcels, the tracking would only say "in transit" Then we were told " they are carryring a full depot search. That's when you know they HAVE lost your parcel. Then comes the rigmarole of trying to claim for a lost parcel, and WHAT a rigmarole! Then after about two weeks and just as they are about to settle your claim, lo and behold, some of your your parcels somehow get delivered. But still no explanation. P2G blame the couriers, the couriers blame P2G.
What a way to run a business.
Did you have a parcel go missing around this time? It would be interesting to know just how many parcels they lost.0 -
Looking at some of the OP's other threats they seem to be quite impatient..Sold item yesterday morning, still waiting for buyer to purchase the item, invoice and email sent, still waiting for reply0

Yes, they're useless.
Having said that all parcel resellers seem to be useless when something goes wrong."Love you Dave Brooker! x"
