Confusion would probably have been avoided if you had just said tablet, the universally accepted (well almost) generic term for an iPad like device.

OP - I suggest you start reading your posts back to yourself to make sure they make sense BEFORE posting them... I am confused by what you've written.

I think we only have part of the question... For instance, why is a mobile relevant when you're asking about a tablet for a 4 yo?
